¹³ Then Moses said to God, “If I come to the people of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ what shall I say to them?” ¹⁴ God said to Moses, “I am who I am.”^[a] And he said, “Say this to the people of Israel: ^(A)‘I am has sent me to you.’”

^6 (A)“I have manifested your name to the people ^(B)whom you gave me out of the world. ^(C)Yours they were, and you gave them to me, and they have kept your word.

¹¹ And I am no longer in the world, but ^(A)they are in the world, and ^(B)I am coming to you. ^(C)Holy Father, ^(D)keep them in your name, ^(E)which you have given me, ^(F)that they may be one, ^(G)even as we are one. ^12 (H)While I was with them, I kept them in your name, which you have given me. I have ^(I)guarded them, and ^(J)not one of them has been lost except ^(K)the son of destruction, ^(L)that the Scripture might be fulfilled.
